About

Stella Polous is Executive Vice President and a co-founder of Alpha & Omega (A&O), a premier regional benefit consulting and investment advisory firm and a member of the PenChecks family of businesses, headquartered in La Mesa, CA. She became a shareholder and Board Member of PenChecks, Inc. in 2019, bringing more than 45 years of experience overseeing daily operations of A&O. Stella’s in-depth knowledge of retirement plan administration provides keen insight into strategic, operational and regulatory issues PenChecks will need to address to maintain the company’s role as an innovative leader in the rapidly evolving financial services industry.

A former math and science teacher at the junior high school level, Stella holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degree in business. She is very active in her Greek Orthodox Church as a member of the Ladies Philopoch Association, which supports a variety of philanthropic services from feeding the homeless and raising funds for children’s cancer to supporting a Hellenic college, and more.
