Access to PenChecks Amplify® Via Internet Explorer Will End on August 17, 2021

by | Aug 2, 2021

Microsoft has announced that it is ending technical support for Internet Explorer (IE) for online services on August 17, 2021. As the lack of browser support raises functionality and security concerns, starting on August 17, 2021, PenChecks will no longer support IE access to Amplify®, mybenefitelection.com (my.penchecks.com), National Registry of Unclaimed Retirement Benefits (NRURB), or our corporate website. To avoid compatibility issues, we recommend that you promptly switch to one of the supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari.

Should you experience issues accessing our websites via the supported browsers listed here, please contact your IT team for assistance. Should the issue persist, please contact us at 800.541.3938.
